Transport BTI is not responsible for loss or damage to cargo.<\/p>

Responsibility for loss or damage to cargo lies with the carrier involved.<\/p>

The carrier's maximum liability is 2.00$\/lb or 4.41$\/kg unless a declared value is shown on the bill of lading and additional freight charges are paid.<\/p>
